Hengrui (Henry) Liu​

Predoctoral Research Fellow

Hengrui is a Ph.D. student in the Neubauer Family Economics and Public Policy program (The Fletcher School and the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences at Tufts University). His research interests include climate change policy, environmental economics, energy technology innovation policy, and low carbon transport. Before coming to Fletcher, he served as a research assistant at the International Economics Department of Johns Hopkins University-School of Advanced International Studies. He also worked as a research associate at the U.S.-China Business Council in Beijing. He received a B.A. in International and Global Studies from Brandeis University and an M.A. in International Economics and International Affairs from Johns Hopkins University.
