About the Research
Most climate policy is intended to either stimulate economic growth or to reduce emissions, but increasingly, governments are contending with the impacts of climate change itself. CPL explores the synergies between economic development, mitigation, and adaptation or resilience policies and strategies, identifies trade-offs, and is increasingly analyzing the efficacy of climate adaptation policies themselves.
