Alyssa Scheiner

Alyssa Scheiner is the Program Coordinator for CIERP, the Fletcher research center in which CPL is based. She also graduated from Fletcher where she studied international development, environmental policy, gender, and human security. Her research focused on how perceptions of water scarcity impact migration decisions. Alyssa also co-authored a report on the barriers to climate adaptation in fragile and conflict affected situations.

Previously, Alyssa worked at Ceres, a nonprofit organization working to transform the U.S. economy to build a just and sustainable future for people and the planet. Alyssa holds a B.A. from Boston University in International Relations and Middle East and North Africa Studies.
