CPL Seeks New Postdoctoral Scholar to Expand Climate Research Team
The Climate Policy Lab (CPL) has announced the opening of a Postdoctoral Scholar position for the 2026–2027 academic year.
Housed within the Center for International Environment and Resource Policy (CIERP) at The Fletcher School, the Climate Policy Lab is a leading applied-research hub examining how countries design and implement effective climate and energy policies.
The scholar will join a collaborative research team working closely with CPL Co‑Directors Professor Easwaran Narasimhan and Dean Kelly Sims Gallagher, Climate Modeling and Policy Director Professor Travis Franck, and a cohort of research staff, faculty, and student fellows. Responsibilities include pursuing an independent research agenda, contributing to CPL’s ongoing projects, participating in weekly team meetings and the lab’s seminar series, and presenting work to internal and external audiences.
The Lab is specifically seeking candidates with deep expertise in China, Latin America, or system dynamics modeling approaches to climate policy.
